If the lubrication is not in place or the lubrication is insufficient, or the bearing seal is poor, it will cause the bearing to lose oil, or the sealing material will age and crack. In addition, if there is no lubricating oil, the temperature of the universal joint cross shaft assembly will be too high during use, causing the bearing and journal to seize, damaging the needle rollers and sealing parts, etc., and eventually cause the ring Ablation on the surface.

If there are pits or pits on the surface of the needle roller, or the needle head is broken, the needle roller will fail. The failure of the gasket is mainly due to the fracture of the gasket or the wear of the gasket. These are all related to the size and structure of bearings and gaskets, so they must be designed reasonably.
